Starting at La Borde House, Rio Grande City's Trolley Ride Tours take people to see its historical landmarks. The tour takes approximately 90 minutes. Schedules can be found at the Rio Grande City Main Street Advisory Board.

The Heritage Trolley Tour takes vistors on a two-hour trip through the historic areas of Laredo. Some of these sights include the Old Mercado downtown, St. Peter's, Ft. McIntosh and other districts. The trips run from Tuesday to Sunday, between 9am to 2pm. Reservations are required to go on the trolley tour, which commences and finishes at the Republic of the Rio Grande Museum.
