Established by the City of Laredo to promote artistic creativity, the Laredo Center for the Arts hosts a variety of exhibitions and outreach programs. The Center consists of four galleries with the Community Gallery dedicated to the work of local student artists. They also house the office of the Laredo Philharmonic Orchestra, the Webb County Heritage Foundation and a studio space for the Laredo Art League.
